I’m delighted to announce Siobhan Carew was the winner with her story, “Sea Change”.

2nd place went to David Lynch for “The Love of French Blue”, and 3rd was “Whale Grave” by Victoria Sellar.
Commended entries were: “Skinned Alive” by Les Brookes, “The Traveller” by Kathy English, and “Baltic” by Angela Howard.
