We will be getting together to find out the results of this year’s short story competition in a glittering awards ceremony (just don’t expect too much glitter!)
There are cash prizes on offer for the top three placed stories though.
This year’s contest has been kindly judged for us by Dr. Sean Baker, lecturer in creative writing at Anglia Ruskin University. Sean will be attending to reveal his winners, talk about his process of judging, and offer feedback on the entrants.
We will also be treated to a reading, by the respective authors, of the top three placed stories and those receiving highly commended.
We urge all members to come along and enjoy an evening of sparkling fiction, whether you entered the contest or not.
